I'm pretty sure I had it in the past two weeks or so - but when I use it, it goes away for a period of time (a few months?)...

This is the easiest survey I've ever done. I have no idea what it meant, but it credited. LOL

I used to have it every week, but now it seems to be once a month. (or less).
