I just received a GC I redeemed for from mypoints. They sent me the claim code but there is no link to click to claim it, no where to put the claim code.

I finally figured this out. Mypoints used to make you claim the GC with a code a then you could print it to use in store. No apparently the code is the GC so there are fewer hoops to jump thru but not as secure as before.

Just had a PopRewards survey. I answered the usual questions at the beginning, and then got the "Bummer" response saying I can't go any further.

Then I got credited the full amount.

(It was only 15 pts, but it got me over my goal.)

Not sure if mine is more secure, but it's definitely more inconvenient. When I get the email with the gift card, I have to click on a link to be emailed a code. Then I enter the code, then I have to re-enter my password to sign back in, then click on the link for the actual card. *smh*

Happens to me often. 2-step verification. Lots of websites using it now.

So, I cashed in my points for a $25 Amazon credit. I think this is it for me with MyPoints. Too many surveys you have to submit tickets, or can't get into a survey at all, pending points for the smallest thing, limits on everything (like the Magic Receipts items), etc. I may come back occasionally but I'm not going to struggle with this any more. Good luck.

Now this is interesting. My neighbor went to do a Walmart purchase today for her bingo board and saw that the shop space was already filled. She looked at her Walmart purchases and saw that her son (who uses her account for purchases cause she gets a discount from when she used to work there) made a purchase yesterday. He didn't even use her computer. He doesn't have MP on his computer either. Yet somehow just purchasing it from her Walmart account, it credited MP. What on earth?

Completed the first to-do list, claimed my 700pt bingo, and made both goals. Didn't have to bother with stupid surveys today.

It sounds like she might have her WalMart account linked to MP........although I didn't know we could do that there??

It's crazy cause I went through MP to shop at Walmart, had all of the screenshots for proof, it was in my account ledger, and they refused to award me the points. Her son uses his computer at his house (which is half an hour away from us), doesn't have any kind of MP set up on his computer, and it awards his purchase to her. It really makes no sense.
