Card holder services----die, die, die
I am getting at least one call from them everyday, sometimes 2 or more. I don't know why we can't shut them down.

But Rachel is so perky and friendly sounding. I'm getting good. She only gets maybe three/four words out of her mouth before I hang up.

Ashley yesterday and I think Heather today----Bridget was calling me a lot. They all blend into one after awhile.
Has anyone held on to talk to anyone? I did but got disconnected. WTH do they want from us? Our souls? Calls from the devil I fear. No real person behind it all. GAAAAAA

Someone at a phone survey company got our number. They have called twice this week asking me to participate... they get real upset when I ask them if they're going to pay me for my time...

This person has a good idea-----
Call you telephone company and have them blocked. Or you can report them to the police, file a formal complaint and get a police report. Fax it to your telephone company and request for the caller's information. Then pursue lgal action.
That's what I did, too.
And oh, by the way, I reported the phone number at http://www.callercenter.com. Gets them blacklisted by everyone else.

Remember the first season episode when the credit card people called because Rachel hadn't been shopping in so long and they were worried about her...

Google the phone number & get their address. Send them a cease & desist letter requesting they no long contact you by phone in accordance to the FTC. Make sure you inform them they are also prohibited from contacting your cell phone, place of employment, family, friends & neighbors. Inform them that all future attempts to reach you will be logged & turned over to your local police & the FTC.
Each time they contact you after they received this letter you can sue them for $1,000 for each phone call. When I got my new cell phone this past December (got a new #) I started receiving debt collector calls for someone named Shannon. I am not Shannon, do not know a Shannon & I know I do not have any outstanding debt. They were calling 10-15 times a day. Once I wrote that letter the calls stopped in 3 days.
Good luck!
