Thread: How much time should he serve??

Two women are walking across the street, through a cross walk, and are hit by a drunk driver.

He ran a red light at 70mph, hitting and killing both of them instantly. Both bodies were thrown approx 100 feet in the air (according to police reports), one landing in the oncoming traffic lane, and the other alongside the road.

They were hit so hard that the one woman HAD to have her casket closed during her funeral, and the other had to be cremated.

He was drunk, underage, driving on a learners permit past curfew, with friends in the back of the van who obviously had no common sense to take the keys from him, or to stay out of the van themselves. They were on their way to their THIRD party for the night.

He told his friends to leave before the police got there.....and they did. He tried to leave, but his van wouldn't start.

His trial is coming up soon.......
