the cheapest I have seen in town is $2.72 but my husband works all over the county and says he has seen it as high as $2.89. just 2 months ago it was $1.99. WTH is going on? We have 2 big trucks we drive it takes at least $60 to fill them up as high as the prices are right now. Luckily I dont run the roads...I go into town once a week for groceries and to pick my son up from his track practices and meets.
My husband drives a dump truck emagine how much it costs to fill that monster up.

Was $2.67 when I was in town on Tuesday. It really hurts as it goes up for those of us that live in the country and HAVE to drive

Just because there's a war doesn't mean gas prices have to go up, just because it's summer (soon) doesn't mean gas prices have to go up. I don't even bother going anywhere anymore. I'm sure as heck the farthest thing from a democrat but I can't stand Bush. And I also think that if the pres wants to go to war, the children of the politicians should be the first to go over there. Then things would be a little different wouldn't they? Bush owns oil, the only reason he (or any politician) does anything is for money.
