Here in Il. they can't get anything from pubic aid unless they have papers. I am assuming you spoke with these people and had them show you proof?Otherwise how would you know. Just by looking at them doesn't tell you.

Here in AZ, if they have a child born here, the whole family os covered by the public aid. And it makes it harder and more costly to deprot them. That's why the call them "anchor babies".

And you are right, just looking at them doesn't tell you. But so many of them around here brag about what all they get, without even becoming a citizen. Or have asked me to make them fake ID's because they know I do photo editing. Or see them buying fake & stolen SS cards and DL on the corner.
