Re: Just me?
I also believe that JONO would not be much of a happy camper if he saw how many people sell the things they give out to try...
and just like Krystal, i too want to get more heads for my hubby and kids to use it too!!

Re: Just me?
People sell their test product (which is wrong in my opinion) because other people buy from them
True......... But we all buy stuff on Ebay garage sales and On these Boards... and We don't Always know where the Person gets the Stuff from.
Should We ask everyone if the Item they are selling is a test Product or stolen item?
I think about that alot....Last edited by taylyn; 11-28-2006 at 12:00 PM.

Re: Just me?
on the contrary side, I'm not saying it's cool to sell the items as you get them without testing them, but if you get something from there, use it, buzz it or review it or whatever, and you do what you are supposed to do, it is yours at that point to do what you will.
I've buzzed lots of items, do lots of buzz, but if I can't or won't use it or don't like it, I can dispose of it as I see fit. I've even left buzz that I am having trouble bzzing cause I don't like the product--that always earns me 30 pts.! so they do understand that you don't always love the stuff.
For me, I give away lots of that stuff to friends, family, coworkers, but if I did choose to sell it and someone is willing to buy that used item, that would be between us.
now, I really couldn't see selling a used sonicare toothbrush, but have given away raok on this board books from buzzagent, and I suppose those people might have bought the books from a bookstore and they would loose the sale. BUT if you look, one of the forms of buzz on the books is loaning and giving them away! so that fits their criteria anyway.
just playing devil's advocate! I'd love to have some of those items myself!
and I do think it is positively ok to sell things you win from allure, glamour, marie claire, etc. those are yours free and clear.
just my opinionplease don't flame me for it!

Re: Just me?
I agree that it is yours to do with whatever you want to once you have completed your end. But when you sell something NEW/UNUSED then you couldn't possibly be holding up your end of the deal. If you got the senso coffee machine and you used it and don't like it then I see no problem selling it. But if its still sealed then how do you know you didn't like it if you didn't try it?

Re: Just me?
I think it's wrong too. I did not get in on the sonicare toothbrush because the quota had been filled......so that means that someone who got it, just to sell it, knocked me out of getting to try it!

Re: Just me?
I was lucky and got in on the Sonicare toothbrush. There is no way I would sell it! I love it! I've already left some bzz on it. Just like other people said on here, it had a big red sticker that said NOT FOR RESALE. If I sold something like that it would eat away at my conscious, but some people don't care. I know of some places that quit giving out things to sample because of some bad apples in the bunch that just get the item to sell and not to report back on. I sure hope it doesn't happen at bzzagent, if it does I'm going to be upset. I read somewhere that someone reported to juno about people selling the things that they received on bzzagent and they said juno deleted their account, but like some have done before they just sign up under a different name and address.

Re: Just me?
I for one am very poor. I would never be able to afford 30 magazines a week let alone 1. I have received an incredible amount of stuff: prizes, test products, samples... etc. In the 18 mothes I have been doing this my standard of living has gone from poverty level [IE shopping at the salvation army and the $$$ tree] middle class or a bit better [IE $160 face creams, $165 pjs (wins) Gourmet coffee pot (surveys) electric tooth brushes to go with 10 lbs of chocolate ( pt's)] I share alot of my loot I have never sold anything YET [key word yet]
The flip side is I have stuff everywhere My adult kids come over with laundry baskets to fill up with loot. At some point I may have to have a garage type sale. I strongly believe it is wrong to sell the Pt's but then again you can probably get a good buy on ebay for what we get for free.....My mom is in the market for a new toothbrush CHEAP! lol!

Re: Just me?
I for one, have gotten stuff from Bzzz and given it away after I tested it. Didn't like it, tried it lent it my Mom gave her my free one and went and bought another bottle. I really wanted the sonic care toothbrush, even got a e-mail only to go and have them tell me they were full. I would so have loved to test this as my hubby is a smoker too, I would have bought extra tops. To hear that people have sold these when I just wanted to test it is hard to accept. I agree if you say you will test it, test it not sell it. If it is a true freebie then do what you want with it, sell it, gift it, give it away. I get alot of these freebies and give them to the womens shelter if I don't want them. I am also making baskets with the free stuff for the shelters so that the Moms can have a present too. I live on a small income, and the freebies help and I in turn give them to others too. But to sell if you agee to test before you even test is wrong and illegal as you stated to them that you would use it. That is abuse and I wish we could turn those people in.
