Thread: Katrina rescuer is sued by boat owner

It may not have been possible for the boat to be returned to where it was aquired due to raising waters and goofy idiots with guns shooting at rescuers.

Also I'd like to comment on his underinsuring of his boat. This is assumed. From what I have been reading and hearing many people were actually adequately or over insured. It is the insurance companies that are NOT paying on legitimate claims.
