Thread: 12-Year Old Arrested in 8-Year Old's Murder

The kid is guilty. Now they need to find a way of changing the laws so the boy actually has to pay.

Even if they changed the law, would it have any bearing on this case since the crime would have been committed before the law was passed?
I honestly don't konw much about stuff like this.
Surely the interogation of the boy was audio or video taped? I thought that was standard procedure in cases as serious as this.
