Omg.....pain!
Well, I had my tubal done yesterday and OUCH! I hurt so bad I wanna sccccrrrreeeaaammmm! I imagine this is what it is like to be stabbed in the stomach then beaten with a ball bat!
I wanna say to all you ladies that had this done just after giving birth, or had to take care of kids or had no one to help you...YOU ARE SUPERWOMEN GODDESSES, and I bow down to you!
I am so sore I can barely move. My neck and shoulders hurt so bad from laying/sitting so tense afraid to move. My belly button is completely black and blue...very bruised. One nice thing...the hospital sent me home with a really cute pillow made by the volunteers, to hold on my tummy when I walk or cough etc...it has been a God send! At this point I only "think" I am gonna live another day! LOL!
I can't stand to sit here very long, so I want to say, I have gotten to read a few posts but have not felt up to replying to each one so I will say here....
Hugs, prayers and good vibes to all who need them and WHOOO HOOO to all who have had something good happen. I do care about everything and everyone, but just can't reply to all right now!
Hope everyone has a good day!...I am off to take a pain pill and go to sleep!

So sorry to hear about your pains. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Just hang onto that pillow and hopefully you'll be feeling better very soon.

Hope you feel better. I've never had this done, I chose to have the husband neutered!

My sister had awful pain when she had her tubal, but my Mil didn't so who knows, just hope you feel better and that you are back up on your feet quickly.
Seems to me I have become not only a ford fanatic but a bbs fanatic too, your all contagious!!
I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are missing!

I hope you get to feeling better soon, the worst part for me was cooking the next night. I had to wash a skillet and just drag it to the stove cause I wasnt able to pick it up. but my baby weighted 10 lbs. and I had just had him the day before that. Hope that you have someone to help you I wish I had.

well i feel lucky, i was up and roaming the malls the same day i had mine done, i wasn't supposed to but never really hurt bad

Oh wow! Back in January I went for a consulation with the gyn because I wanted to have my tubes tied but after talking to the doctor she suggested the Mirena IUD so that's what I ended up getting. According to the pamphlet they gave me it has the lowest failure rate out of all the other options.

Thanks all for all the hugs and good thoughts. I am up and around today and feeling MUCH better. I took muscle relaxers and went to bed last night and slept pretty good. Looks like I am gonna live after all! LOL!
