It was for an i.v.....they stuck a tube in there. I think/thought it was very strange. Didn't do that to my mother until after she had surgery. I've only had it done 2 times when veins collapsed and they inserted a central line in neck. Dr. we went to yesterday took it out. Said there was no need for it. That was a HUGE RELIEF...to say the least.
I'm looking into the drs. medical records...malpractice, medical insurance. Just because we were out of "network" doesn't mean that anyone deserves horrible care. Aggie's still feels "gross, icky". Hopefully he'll feel better after Monday.

Oh I see, that is totally weird, my dad had open heart surgery in AUg, and he had a tube in his chest after he had the surgery.
Just some things don't add up, I would be really looking into the doctor. And if you don't have insurance, see if you can get a spin down card.

I'm so glad that you all found a doctor that seems to know what he is doing and is going to try to do everything he can to get Aggie better. Best of luck to him, let us know how everything goes. I'll keep you all in my thoughts.
