I know what you mean. I plan my meals by the week so I don't have to run to the store all the time. I always ask dh and the boys if they have any ideas. It's always "I don't care, whatever you want to fix, how should I know what I'll want to eat next week?". So I end up doing it myself. When I get home from the store, they're all like "you know what sounds good?" Drives me insane.
