getting rewards with broadband connection

Do you have to have T1 connection to get rewards? I have cable internet and can't seem to get in to get the rewards. By the time the page finally refreshes, the rewards are gone. I'm waiting and refresh about 20 seconds before the time and then it freezes til after the rewards are gone and this is with cable connection. It's so frustrating.

Nope, since I've moved to the country I only have dial-up at 14.4 connection, and SBC says that's the best I can get, YET they try to sell me the DSL and it's NOT available in my area.

I got the $10.00 Home Depot, and then went for the $5.00 Cable Cash today! (wonder if I'll get them both, or be denied both, or if it was a fluke? time will tell when the USPS delivers.)

**This is from someone who's connection went back to Flintstone Ages, and not by choice.

I think reward should really re-evaluate the amount of rewards give out 25 taco bell to a zillion people, makes no sense. Yep, I am still obtaining points but I have to wonder why, I have 323,000 points for what I cant win anything as soon as I get in their boards go down, when the board comes back all gc are gone. Hope you guys have better luck!
