Has anyone ever gotten the 2pt deals that tell you to click on at least 5 "Top Ways to Save" links? I've clicked on almost all the links that show up, then click on the links to websites -- still I get nothing (except more spam in my email inbox!). Since they've done away with all the 1pt click and earns I cannot complete the Discover category on my To-Do list. Tapjoy has not been cooperating at all, and I haven't had TrueX for several years.
So, not only can I not make my 30pt Daily Goal, I can no longer even complete the To-Do list -- which is all I've been trying for lately.

I have that same issue with those 2 point things. I clicked every link then click one thing or each new window. I never get credited. I gave up on that. I tried on my desktop, on my laptop, with firefox and with chrome. Nada. The 5 point emails usually count for Discover so if you can save them so you only do one a day but that still isn't one for every day. I got Tapjoy to credit once the first time I tried one. I tried many after that and they never credited either.
I do still get TrueX but everyone else on here had been getting it years before I did. I even asked someone to post a screen shot of what to look for so I would recognize it. It was at least another year after that before I ever saw it.

I have 24 offers today. I don't get any 5pt ones -- today mine jump from 3 of the "Top Ways to Save" to a Lego one for 24 pts (I sort by lowest to highest). I guess I'll keep "not struggling" with this site. Just do what I can do and call it a day. Thanks for letting me know I'm not the only one!

Most of their discover deal links are only good for a few times a month now. Not every day like they used to be. I got the grocery one today, but only 1pt, not 2 like it claims. I usually don't have to click on those if I get enough Truex.

Add me to the list. Same problems.
I'm down to only doing surveys under 20 mins, and Magic Receipts. That's it.

I think I got one for 19 points a few weeks ago, and less than than last week. It's my impression that Survey Cat doesn't DQ you, once you get started. But 3 points is cheap...

Got this response from Angelica at MP after sending in a survey ticket.
Hello Bonnie,
We hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, we want to express our sincere gratitude for taking the time to reach out and share your feedback with us. We truly apologize for any inconvenience and frustration you may have experienced.
In recognition of the value and trust you place in our services, we have gone ahead and applied a one-time courtesy credit of the first untracked event to your MyPoints account. However, please allow up to 7 days for the credit to be reflected in your account ledger. The reason for this unfortunate delay is as follows:
We have been forced to implement a new policy to safeguard the integrity of our rewards program and ensure we can continue to offer high-paying rewards opportunities to all our members. A recent surge in attempts to exploit our Customer Service crediting process means we must dedicate additional time and resources to monitor these offers for indications of fraud. Effective immediately, all credits for this type of offer will automatically pend for up to 3 days, starting on the date your ticket is resolved. At the end of that period, assuming your account remains in good standing, rest assured that the credit will be fully reflected.
For game offers, due to a technical glitch in the game offer, we cannot confirm your interactions with this offer through our third-party partners. This means the tracking has failed, and we cannot manually fix it. As a result, any further actions you take for this offer will not be credited automatically, and it will be challenging for us to verify them. Therefore, we will not be able to award any additional credit for this specific offer. Please keep this in mind when deciding on your future efforts. We encourage you to explore our wide array of gaming offers to find a new game that interests you.
Thank you once again for your understanding. We hope that this response helps to address your concerns and contributes positively to your experience with us.

So basically the problems are on THEIR END, and we're the ones who suffer the consequences. Nothing new.
Their ''technical issues'' and ''glitches'' are NOT our problem, it's theirs. FIX IT and credit your customers what they're supposed to be credited.
I seriously doubt there is a sudden surge in people trying to "exploit them". What it really is, is people trying to get credit that they're OWED on surveys that have the technical issues and glitches.
The only thing I'm impressed with is the fact that someone actually responded, and it wasn't a form letter.

Oh, it's a form letter. I submitted a help ticket about a survey, using their link (envelope) with survey number, topic, expected points, etc. Their response was automatic, and asked me for most of the information I already submitted in my original request, including the screenshot of the error page. In my reply, I said these things had already been submitted, but in case you didn't see it...and gave them all the info again, including the screenshot.
They followed up with the same message that bonniejeanne received (one time courtesy credit, pending, etc.)
I've decided I'm going to start taking screen shots of my help tickets, too.

Yes, they come up with those questions almost immediately after submitting a ticket now. I wait a couple of minutes after submitting so I can reply right away with what I've already told them. I always take screenshots of surveys and tickets.
