When did they add this to the bottom of the help tickets?
I acknowledge per the Terms of Use, that untracked, unrecorded, invalid, or incomplete claims are ineligible for credit and that all Customer Support (CS) decisions are final.
So what they're saying is that it's pointless to send in a help ticket, because you're just going to get an automated response saying the ticket is closed anyhow. No human ever looks at it.
I sent in a help ticket a few mins ago. The time on the ticket was 4:15pm. I got the first email response at 4:15pm, and the second one at 4:15pm. No way anyone (human) looked at it within a minute.

So I got an email stating that they reviewed my 170pt magic receipt and that I was given 0 pts. Logged into my account and they had given me the 170pts. Strange.

I've received that message in the past on some 3-point items, but did get the points added to my account.
