I just wasted a little more than an HOUR taking 4 surveys.
Each one I completed.............but didn't get credited, and under my account summary it says I was dq'd!!
The first two I was able to get a screen shot of the confirmation page, but the last two it either went by too fast, or didn't show one.
I am so freaking mad!

Since when does Survey Cat start asking what your name is? I just had one of their surveys and the first question was ''what is your legal first name?'' and the second was ''what is your legal last name?''.
It wasn't mentioned after that.

Believe it or not, after more than a year of being 94, my first goal went DOWN! 
It's now 86.
My second goal has been hanging around 650-680 all week.

There's one that I get sometimes that asks my first and last name. Could be Survey Cat. Mine is 86, too.

I've been sending in tickets for every survey error I get. I send in one at a time. As soon as they credit one, I send in another. Sometimes I get two credited in a day. I may eventually get caught up on all of the tickets I need to send in. LOL
