I pointed this out before -- someone here told me it gets put in the monthly bonus points, not the daily points. And I took issue with the fact that somehow the additional bonus points (over the first 5) are not really "additional" -- it is actually cumulative. This is bs. I sent in a ticket about it -- and got the points credited. I have only 7 points on my Daily Goal right now -- but my Account Statement for the day adds to 12. Five of those points is for reaching the first level of the To-Do list -- which I can only assume went on the bonus points. There is no way to check bonus -- isn't that just the MP way! I've given up trying to figure them out. I don't struggle with this any more.

This weekI got an automated email from them about a ticket I submitted (probably the Magic receipt for olives -- where OLIVES was clearly spelled out but they couldn't find it -- circled). The only thing way I can describe the email is "touchy feely" nonsense (see below). Why don't they stop being so smarmy and be honest and transparent about all this? I'm so sick of tracking and following up on pennies.

I don't think I ever noticed that. It's just plain stupid. How are we to know if they're adding all of our bonus points correctly?

I have gotten a few of these replies lately and it's getting aggravating. They keep wanting me to resubmit tickets for five stupid points. They claimed they added a courtesy credit, but there is none in my account.

We are so sorry about the delay in receiving a reply to your inquiry. We have had a data processing error with our system and are unable to see the information that you sent for your missing credit. We have added some courtesy credit to your account. Please go ahead and submit a new ticket through this link, and we will process your new inquiry as soon as possible:

Anyone try one of these 1000 pt surveys they have out there? I would be really ticked off if I went through 118, 120 or 125 minutes and got one of their standard bs rejections. I'm going to click on them (they are all I have left -- DQd from everything else with no points). But I will probably not be willing to give the info they want. # 92777395, # 92770501, and # 92773430 -- I'll let you know.

    Kathy

    DQ'd immediately on all three.

I've had them the past couple days. The only reason I click on them is to get the qd point I know I'll get. lol
I usually get dq'd after putting in that I'm a white female

I always get DQd from those 1000 point surveys. Probably because of my age. I believe they are some kind of TV shows they want folks to review.

BTW, if you like the Pop Rewards survey, I have found it under RevU/surveys for 5mins/ 12 points. Easy credit for discover and easy points.

I never even got that far. Just closed and opened the next pop-up for the next 1000 survey. Never got any DQ points.

Found the Pop Rewards there -- completed it -- but got no credit. The Finish page is just circling. Checked my Account -- no credit. Good thing it's just a short one. I would have been really ticked if it was a 20+ min one.

    Kathy

Correction: It finally went to the page that said I wasn't the person the survey was intended for, but wanted to reward me for my time. Showed a page with +50 on it. (Still no points.) It gave me the option to Exit or take another Survey -- I clicked Exit. That took me to an Error 504 page.

    Complete waste of time!

I think when you click exit, you have to wait til it tells you that you completed a survey. Then it takes you to a list of surveys and gives you the points. I haven't had a problem with them crediting me.
