Well, they seemed to have canned me from posting to the customer support tickets. Oh, I can submit a ticket, but I never get a reply and I cannot see the tickets I submit. I just get the message that the user has been suspended.

Are you on facebook? If so, try sending a message to the mod there and ask them if they can help you. Just make sure to be extra nice, cause they've been known to ban folks from the page for virtually nothing. LOL

Why are the daily goals always so high on the weekend when there are hardly any surveys? So far, only three listed for me this morning. Two immediately cycled back to MP with no DQ points, and the other is a delayed JD Power survey which I am not even going to attempt. They are always longer than usual and I rarely get my points unless I send in a ticket. Ugh.

Baby Ruth is back, but they've taken away Albertson's, and none of the other listed stores are near me. And I'm not going to buy them at a drug store, because unless they are on sale, it's not worth it.

I'm not on Facebook and have no intention of ever being there. So I can't submit requests that way.

As for the Baby Ruths, Walgreens has them on sale this week for 99 cents. But now you need to buy 3 to get the max points.

I need help with a magic receipt. I can no longer see the offer for Arm and Hammer detergent pods. I bought 2 packs of 24 today at Walmart and tried to submit the receipt but they said no matching offers. So I asked for a review. Now the offer has disappeared and I can't review the requirements. I could have sworn the picture showed the 24 pack as well as the 42 pack. Was there some other requirement? Only certain scents??

Help, please. I would be so grateful someone could tell me the requirements.

My usual grocery store is no longer on the list, and they took Rite-Aid out of the drug store group. Walgreens and CVS are a bit of a drive - not worth the gas to pick up some candy bars. Ugh. Guess I'll used my scanned Rite-Aid receipts for an Everyday receipt at least.

Just a reminder. There are two point perk squares on the Bingo Board. One you have to enter through Score, and the other through the MP app. Make sure you do them the correct way to get credit for Bingo. I made the mistake of entering today's pp the wrong way.

Can anyone tell me how to get credit for deals.

Under deals, category food, the baby ruth offer is listed. It's the same as the magic receipt offer. How do I get it to credit for a "deal"? I can get a different magic receipt for 50+ points but that is the only deal over 100 points I can do. I tried this the last time by going thru the deals page and clicking on the baby ruth deal and it credited as a magic receipt and not a deal. I sent a ticket but they have banned me from customer service. So not only did they not credit me, they never even answered me.

I don't know. Last time I used the baby ruth receipt, it credited for both for me.

Oh yes, I can go to that page and fill out the form but I cannot check my tickets (that's where I get the suspended info) and they never answer me.
