I've been printing coupons since last Thursday hoping to get the plus on bingo, they haven't credited yet. Ugh.
I don't even see how to submit a help ticket - it's no longer right there. Off to search

My coupons credited the bingo square, but have submitted two magic receipts deals and can't get that stupid middle square to fill. Both times it gave me credit for any receipt, but says "processing" or something like that for my purchase item. Both times clearly stated "bananas" and "bread" on my receipts.

Go to the bottom of the page.
ON the right where it says Contact Us, click Customer Support
On next page, go to very top and click on Contact Us
Then there's a drop down box that says to click on type of request. There's an option for Bingo

They finally filled in my Magic Receipts bingo square, but did not give me the points for the magic receipts. LOL If it ain't one thing, it's another.

Did you try signing out, then back in again?

FINALLY completed a survey on my computer, and could submit my Bingo (plus) with just hours to spare. And it did give me the bonus points offered on my survey page (99+20). I can breathe a sigh of relief...

Got my 255 pts from a survey on APRIL 10th!!!!
Nothing special about this survey either. It wasn't one of those delayed payout surveys. It was just a regular survey that I completed and didn't get credit for right away.
RIDICULOUS!!!!

Stayed up after 3 a.m. and ran through my To Do list - and I got 20 extra points for completing all the items, not 15! I started a survey before 3, and when I completed it around 3:03 a.m., I got credit for hitting my Daily Goal (the survey credited 170 points, yay) as well as attempting a survey and completing a survey. I got 10 points from an email from CouponCause.com, which also checked off 'Earn Points from Discover' - if you see that offer, sign up for it using the same email you use for MyPoints. They send an email with a MyPoints button in it, and you click on it to get the points (at least that's how it's working for me so far). Everything else was simple to check off. I can go to bed now, LOL.

Well, I have a new issue today. Mypoints has stopped crediting my points. I have run 3 of those videos for 3 points each. They get to the end and say I have earned 3 points. They appear in my account statement but my total on the top right does not increase. I tried a few Revenue Universe and they don't credit either but they appear in my account statement. I am signed in and I have gone to another computer to check and the points are not being totaled.
