Investigation in the New Jersey Area
People I need you're help. I bought a car from eBay motors from a seller called "Stadium-Motors". I picked up the car and wasn't satisfied. The seller offered a refund. I returned the car and seller said I would receive a full refund in the mail in 10 days and never have.

I would personally drive by myself but I live 2 hours away. If anyone lives in the area and can help, please. In fact any information you guys find and post would be seriously appreciated. I seriously don't know who to ask anymore

I would think if it were that important to you, you would drive the 2 hours & check it out yourself.
Did you at least get a receipt that you returned the car & you do know you can re-serve them at the new address?

Yes. I'm definitely going to drive there. But, unfortunately my schedule doesn't permit it. The guy knows me, so i dont really know if driving there would really help. I'll need to bring a friend with me, someone who he doesn't recognize.

Can you call the Hamiliton Township Municipal Office & ask them if there is a business of that name registered?
Did you sign over title? Personally I would not have left the place without a cashiers check in hand.

Yep, closed it down not too long ago.
From the research ive done. Stadium motors went from 70 youngs road, to 74 youngs road (where i picked up the car), to now 5 amsterdam road (according to google map). I want to verify so i can send out a new summons.

If you google map it, it looks like a residential area. It's probably his home.
