Anyone in Denver, Colorado or the vicinity?

I am transferring to Denver next month with my job. Anyone in that area or lived there before? I'll be flying out there in the next week or two for a house hunting trip and was wondering what the good areas are to look in.

I am so excited and nervous. On to my next adventure!!!!

I lived in Loveland for about a yr. Fort Collins is nice too. Its about an hour drive straight south to Denver. I LOVED Colorado.

    How exciting!!! Congrats!

Depending apon where your company is located I'd do the subburbs - Aurora (east side) Centennial (south side) Lakewood (west side) Commerce City (north east) not that bad. If you venture south to Colorado Springs it is beautiful city but that is about an hour away. A few of my friend's live in The Springs and commute to Denver. HTH

My best friends parents lived in Loveland over 17 years and absolutely loved it. I went with him last year to help them move back to Kansas City area, and I stayed in Fort Collins.

Personally, my favorite was Loveland. Really neat town.
