Thread: cell phone help please...

Ok my original cell phone company was bought out by verizon. Which means we had to get new cell phones. The problem is that the ring tones on the new phones SUCK! The lady at the verizon store was telling me that there are sites out there that have free ring tones that you can download on your computer and that I can then email them to my phone.

She said this was the cheapest way. I never got a special ring tone before but literally all the tones on this new phone just grate my nerves.

Can anyone direct me to a site where I can download to my puter for free? TIA

I use myxertones.com for some ringtones.. the're not the best.. but better than the pre-loaded ones on the phone.

I used zedge.net for ringtones and wallpapers. There are a number of different options for obtaining the ringtone or wallpaper, which include pc download, mobile web or text/sms.

I use mobiles24 and I really like it. You have to create an account but it is easy and they have lots of ringtones and wallpaper.
