It looks like (to me) either it's a pad or the entire tampon has come out and is against her thigh. Either way there is something there.
Never have cared for her. Hell, I didn't care for Madonna when she debuted either and I was in my early 20's.
As for saying something.....probably. At that age you're embarrassed almost daily at something you've done or didn't do.Name for a new country song: If I'd Shot You Sooner, I'd Be Out of Jail by Now.
