It's a Bitty Twin brunette boy. My daughter use to have the blonde twins. His hair is normally flattened down not puffed up. I guess it could be a girl too. The older version of the girl just had one small ponytail on top. The newer girl has pigtails.

If you are absolutely certain she is American Doll you can call them and describe her to them. They have archives and can try and find her for you.

They don't have "names", they are just called the Bitty Twins. You have 1/2 of the set.
