I know what you are taking about Janelle relating to the 401k and IRA's - I got my statement today on my 401k and I didn't even open it - it went directly into the shredder - I knew how bad it was and just couldn't even look.

I only have a life insurance policy through work. I really dont understand anything about it.

Better decide soon, I head life insurance rates were going up so you want to lock in the lower rate. Go to www.daveramsey.com He is also on the radio.
