OH MY!! I have been doing it the hard way for years! You know I am going to try this the next time I make mashed potatoes! (wouldn't that cool down the boiled potatoes though? In theory, I guess I could reheat them again in the microwave...hmm..and would you believe it, I have a stuffed potato toy just like that one! way cool!
freebies are like potato chips....you can't have just one!!

I never peel potatoes. THAT is the easy way.

Well, I prefer the skin on, but that is a cool way to easily peel a potato if you have to.

I'm too impatient. I can have the whole pile of potatoes peeled before the water boils and in a lot less steps too.

The difference is doing it this way they are basically cooked too so not really more steps.
