I was just on the phone with my mom, who is only 50..and a very smart and successful business owner. I have to add that just because she just said the DUMBEST thing ever and I didn't want you all to think she was some moron.

She is ordering stuff online (first time) and mentioned she had to make supper so would get back to it later. Then..she...asks..me....when the internet closes. Like, for the night. LMAO

That's funny! My friend's mother wanted to order a coat from Macy's. She told my friend to make sure when she ordered online that she ordered from the store in Mt. Laurel because she didn't like the service at the other store! LOL!

I had a friend who was very intelligent. She was driving with her husband in the car when she was stopped for speeding. She said oh no the speed limit isn't 55. See when you look at the sign right it says 65. The signs used to change at dark from 65 to 55. They don't do that anymore but they used to.
Her husband, a lawyer, said he tried to climb under the seat.
I think your mom was right to ask. That is how we find out what we don't know. I'm sure people ask her questions that sound just as stupid to her. LOL

That is cute. I remember when my sister had first gotten the internet and we had yahoo messanger with a mic. Well my one sister didn't know she had a mic and my sister was talking to her and my bil said that my sister put her head to the screen and was yelling do you hear me. She thought you could talk through the screen. We had to tell her about her mic.
