Thread: Do you have a favorite brand of hot dogs you like/buy?

I will never eat a hotdog unless I am at a ballgame.
My sisters kids who were raised on my free's at the local Co-op, ate only Sheltons turkey dogs.
I used to work at a nursing home and Hebrew International were the best, really.
We got the FAT kind not the slimmer kind, you see in the stores...all beef, and many residents took the hotdog over any meals.
I love hotdogs when I get to Chicago or New York from the street vendors.
But haven't been in New york in awhile.
usually in Chicago, I go for the HOT DAGO, all Italian beef with peppers on a warm bun..yum!

We buy Nathan's at Walmart and they're 3.79 pr pack. If the Hebrew Nationals are sale, I sometimes pick up a couple of pks of those.

In the Phoenix area,hotdogs NOT on sale run close to 5 bucks a pack,thats for anything not generic,on sale,my daughter bought some good name brand for 1.77 a pack.At 5.00 a pack,its like eating a small feast here with this crew in house.At that price it would be like turkey day,comes 1 time a yr,lmao.

cheap is about .99 for the john morrell.
bryan is about 2.00
lykes is about the same as bryan.

we have michigan made, michigan sold only hot dogs that I will eat only...they are Koegels and they are the best in the world! I love hot dogs and could eat them every day if I could lol

Since I'm not in wisc anymore, I only buy oscar meyer.
