I was gone for a long time, probably 3 years. Then found my way back. Im glad that they didnt decide to delete me, because to tell you the truth I probably wouldnt have taken the time to re register.

Perhaps some had a very serious injury or illness. That would account for down time. Personal problems, prison time too. And not to sound like the "Grim Reaper", but what about death?

I have been really concerned about Shirl. I hope she is handling her loss alright.
I'm here most of the time. But things come up, and sometimes I can be aol . But when I get the chance, I try to come back "home". So many here have come to mean a lot to me. A great bunch of people here.
We always know Ned isn't here no matter how much he is. lol. Takes one to know one Ned.

Shirl is fine. She just got back from CA visiting her brother. The flight was delayed for a day. Just recuperating.

Happened to me too and I just quit coming for about a year but still maintained my membership. I figured it would be fixed someday and it was.

I was gone for awhile too...I think like 2 or 3 years. I suffered a severe injury at work and honestly didn't remember this place for the longest time. Heck, I could barely remember if I had already washed my hair while I was in the shower.

Thanks for thinking about me Lymi. I'm just taking it one day at a time since my Mom died on April 20th. I don't know how to explain it but I just don't enjoy being on the computer as much as I used too. I know I'm depressed with Mom being gone and I feel it's getting harder on me taking care of my father-in-law who has Alzheimer’s. I'm sure in time I'll be back to my old self.

I'll try to be here more often. Don't have much time online during the summer with all the cookouts and visiting with the neighbors. But cold weather sends me to my puter to visit with everyone. Thanks for thinking of me.
