I had people ask me to make their shakes soft---more milk or very hard---hardly any milk. Tell them at Cold Stone how you want it. Not soupy and see how it comes. They may get it right.
We had an Italian place in the last city we lived in and all their dishes were more like soup---lasagna soup---yuck. I told the manager about it and he said ask for less sauce. Now even I know that won't help the problem Runny sauce is runny sauce. I was not surprised when they went out of buiness.
Do you have a Marble Slab in your area? Just like Cold Stone but they may make it the way you want it. Luckily we have both just a mile apart from each other.

we don't have Marble Slab here, never heard of it. We do however have a Maggie Moos which I've wanted to try but it's like 20 miles away or so, not worth the drive to me.
I plan on talking to them about it not being so soupy the next time I go. Luke hates going there b/c of that and ended up getting a GC for Christmas. Of course the one day we go to use it the machine is down
We shall see

Always great here! Did you know if you sign up at their site you can get free ice cream on your birthday? It's a big one too. Grandson and I shared mine last year. You need a printer because they email you the coupon before your birthday

I'm glad you told us.
My hubby didn't get his coupon for his birthday and mine is coming up. That sucks they don't send them out.

Hey Shirl, you will get a kick out of this. We went to the one on Waikiki Beach and went over to the wall to sit and eat it. Well a bird pooped on my head sitting under those trees. LOL, glad it wasn't in my ice cream. We went over and sat under the roof of the building. I do love the way so much is outdoors there though.

I've only once had ColdStone. I can't see paying $6 for ice-cream, no matter now good it is.

Nope. The Brunswick one, next to Subway & Starbucks. Glad to know that there's another good one in the Old Port, though.
