We are going to have Veggie burgers and yucca fries.. Oh gosh I hope they will be good...lol Next???????

Not too sure. They are annonouncing a snowstorm, so my sweetie will be going to work. I was going to make a sort of ragout with beef cubes, eggplant, baby carrots, and potatoes. But it's been put off until tomorrow. So it looks like it'll be an every man for himself supper this evening. LOL

no idea...whatever place we go to eat...I am going to hobble in store and fine some stuff to put in crock pot I am tired of eating out..I got a shot in each knee and guess what it didnt work..so I dont know what is wrong. will have to go back to dr.

ugh I have no clue! possibly roasted garlic and grape tomatoe pasta w/ basil and arugula along w/ french bread and homemade garlic butter or cheesy poblano rice soup...
