free diet tracker site?
Every one I am finding you have to pay for a membership.
Does anyone use a good one that is free? I want a place that I can put in my food and have it show calories, carbs etc. I need to drop some serious pounds!
I gained about 30 lbs in the last year. All my clothes are too small, I have one size 12 jeans that fit tight and I refuse to buy new bigger ones when I have perfectly good smaller ones in my closet.
What I need is a big kick in the butt. I did okay yeasterday and today. But damn is it hard!

www.fitday.com is a good one. It's free and calculates everything.

This one is for calories and you put in your food, and pick the portion size and it tells you how many more servings you need for the day. Its a real cool site.

Thanks you guys. I am going to check these out. I know there were some dieting threads on the borad, but I never clicked on them. Not ready to face it yet I guess. I am ready to take the bull by the horns. You get to the point where you can take it any more ya know?
