any know how
to get rid of static? I am so sick of getting out of my car and getting shocked when I go to close the door. I am getting to where I don't want to touch anything.
I speak my mind because it hurts to bite my tongue!

I stick a Bounce sheet under the front seats. It seems to help. Also, spray the floors with static cling once a week. It's just winter. Yuck.

Same thing here, my 3 year old doesn't even want to hold my hand anymore for fear of getting "zapped" LOL The meteorologist on our local news said it has more to do with the air being dry and that there isn't a lot that can be done to avoid it. Guess we just have to tolerate it for now

I've always had to do this in the winter, and especially since moving here to AZ. Dry cool air = lots of static!
