Question Are you buying gifts for you pet(s)?

Well first of all I have TO many babies to buy stuff for so I couldnt even if I wanted to. But they get treats and bones and a toy here an there all year so I think thats fine. However if I did have the money after buying gifts for everyone else I would buy them something cause I consider them my babies. So do you buy yours gifts or do you think this is something stupid?

Oh but of course. Luc Hextal would be heartbroken if he did not have anything to open. I even wrap them up. Last year he got sooo into it that he started to unrap others.
Years ago I had a Peke-Patrick William-and I had all the gifts under the tree and had to go somewhere, when I got back all the gifts were in perfect shape--EXCEPT--he had taken every single bow and name tag off every single package. He put them all behind the sofa. I was a fun Christmas because no one knew who's gift they were actually opening.

I've thought about it but my hubby stops me. Heck, they get gifts all year long. LOL

If you watch HGTV you would have seen a couple who bought a house with their pets in mind. It had to have running space for their furbabies to play. I hear a lot of people shopping for a house say, "This house doesn't have a good yard for our dog so they don't buy it.

Yep, we do I told Luke we need to get them stockings this year, (and he agreed! ) the ones I have are getting old. We usually get them some treats and each a new toy or two. We don't go overboard b/c we buy them stuff all year long, Luke actually tells me we get them too much stuff is that possible?!?!

Janelle, I would be like one of those home buyers. I'd have to make sure that it fit my dogs as well before I signed my name. This house actually all ready had a doggy door installed and a good sized backyard and I think that was one of the points that sold us the most (besides the kitchen and pool in the back, of course)

I always bought a chew and a toy (which got wrapped & put under the tree) for our dog, and also my son's dog. I always insisted my son bring his dog (my grandpuppy lol)with him on Christmas, then I would take pictures of the 2 dogs opening their presents just like the rest of the family I sometimes put the bows on their heads and got silly pics too lol

We don't have a pet now, but when we did have a cat, he had his own stocking with his name on it and always got new toys and treats.

This may sound weird, and I dont think I can afford it this year, but I always put up a stocking for my two kitties, one is 16 years old (yes 16 and still kicking) and one is 4 years old...and I put cat treats, catnip, and a toy in there for them...my 2 kitties even eat a plate on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Yes my furbabies will be getting presents this year but not sure if I will wrap them or not.I dont get them anything until Im done with everyone else but always make sure I have enough money to get them something. My parents are going to Myrtle Beach this weekend and down there they have this cute gourmet dog food store.I already made out thier wishlist so my parents can get them some treats.Plus Ill be going to Petsmart to get them some bones and toys. Not sure how next year will go since we will have a baby by then but Im hoping to still be able to buy them something. They will always be my babies no matter what.
