I think they are way overpriced...especially since I found some much longer lasting candles. Don't get me wrong, I love all the Yankee Candle scents, used them for several years, but the candle girl candles that I posted a link for is not near as expensive and is much stronger scented and longer lasting.

The other company I buy candles from is called Swan Creek Candle Co. http://www.swancreekcandle.com/ I love their scents and they burn much better since they are a soy candle. They are pretty expensive, but last much longer than the yankee candles.

Since I'm cheap I usually only buy when they're having a sale or they'll have 25% off their fragrance(s) of the month - but I think it's worth it either way, you could try just a votive....

If you are lucky enough to have an outlet mall nearby and it has a Bath and Body works store in it, they carry Yankee candles there at about half the price they normally are.

My daughter was at one yesterday and called to ask if I wanted any candles. I didn't get any but I did load up on body wash.
