Steakem' hoagies with green peppers, onions and mushrooms, cheese and steak sauce .. and corn on the cob and potato salad.

some chicken cordon blue, mashed taters with bacon,cheese and tomatoes, and a garden salad and the chicken and taters can be cooked in the microwave ...

Oh my your suppers sound delicious.
I had 4 ounces of fish (no bones) sauteed in soy sauce and orange juice, cut into small pieces, sprinkled over a salad of lettuce, cucumber,and one boiled egg. Low calorie ranch dressing.

Tonight DH is making burgers on the grill. I'm sticking steak fries in the oven and setting out the leftover cantelope from last night.

Last night we tried a new dish I had seen on "Diners, Drive-Inn's, Dives" from the Food Channel. Guy visited a place that made a sausage pie. It was a pound of sausage cooked, 4 potatoes boiled and mashes, and some poultry seasoning. You combine all of this then put a pie crust in the bottom of a pie plate, place your filling in, then cover with top crust. MMMMMM, it was so good! I took the rest to lunch today. We added cheese to ours too! Next time we think we may make like a chicken pot pie but use the mashed potatoes instead of the gravy you normally make a pot pie with.
Take life with a grain of salt...and a shot of TEQUILA!!
