Read only neg/nuetral feedback on Ebay
Here is a site where you can read just the negative/neutral feedback comments for any Ebay User - You can also read neg's they leave for others.

This is great when you're looking to buy from powersellers or anyone with lots of feedback. Saves the hassle of paging through, cause you know you really just want to see how bad it can get.
