Zoompanel/Zoomerang...not getting pts

anyone having trouble w/ Zoompanel/Zoomerrang/Zoomrewards...whatever it's called??? I am waiting on pts from 9 surveys. I've never had to wait on that many before. Usually they are added to my acct right away. Some of these I did a few weeks ago. I've emailed and also contacted through the site, with no answers. grrrrrrrrr...........this is a crock!

I had 3 or 4 of their surveys not credit. The thing is I deleted all of the invitations so I don't think that I will ever see the points because I don't have the numbers of the surveys I took. I hope you get your points. Good luck.
