Thread: ?? for any who do PTR programs

I am new to the PTR thing. I signed up for 4 programs, 2 weeks ago, and I have made a whopping 7 cent. How do you do this? am I doing something wrong?? Any ideas/ suggestions would be appreciated! TIA

I stick with a few that I know pay out well. but it's not a good way to make tons of money, just something I do in my spare time. Also, just buying ads to promote your other programs makes a difference in your profit. (I use all my points for that and some of my earnings, to start with, anyway.) Also, if you're not getting many emails, check your profile, you may not have many interests checked. I can PM you a list of good ones, if you want.

How do you buy ads to promote? Like I said I am new to this. Also, what are search e-mails? does that mean you get paid to search?

At most sites, you'll have a 'paid to promote' link. You'll get credit, (which can be converted to cash) for each click on that link. When you get some points at another site you can use those to buy banner impressions or paid to click links so the member will get it, click thru and you get credit? Did that make sense??? Like I advertise my Mad Earnings link at Ad Click & Galaxy. When I reach 1000 clicks I can convert it to cash.

The best person to ask about this stuff is Mom2jal. She runs her own PTR sites and can probably explain things much better than me. Katt knows a lot about them also.

oh and the search emails are just that, you get paid to search. While the timer is running, just do a valid search, doesn't matter what you search for. it only takes a second.
