Thread: Anyone else have cigular?

I have had some problems with my account. I for months wouldn't get a listing of all my calls. I was just looking again and I added everything up and it adds up to about $3 less than what they are charging me.

Now I just called them and they said it was another state charge that isn't listed on my bill for some reason. I was wondering if someone could list the "extra" charges they have on their cigular bill? I don't remember all of these taxes when I had t-mobile a few months ago.

My taxes and fees including the 911 access comes to 12.49 on a 59.99 plan.

I have Cingular & I am very happy. I have been with them for almost 2 yrs. I have never had any problems, nor hidden charges. I hope you get things resolved.

Thank you! It is different from mine but I think it is because I am from PA.

I am very unhappy with cingular. My bill has been messed up many times and I get disconnected atleast every 15 minutes when I am talking to someone. I have been told that they were having problems with PA when they bought AT&T. But it has been months now and I am ready to find out if that would some how void my contract. When you talk to a family member that doesn't live close to you for an hour and sometimes get disconnected in 2 minutes and then every 15 minutes after it gets extremely annoying.

Mystic32 I am glad that you don't have these problems. I guess it is a problem within PA or something. I will be switching again as soon as my contract is up.

It is good you are keeping on top of your bill like that - they could sure slip $3 past me unnoticed.

I used to have Cingulair, and I will never use them again. JMHO They have horrible customer service, and the signal is sketchy at best where I live. If you ever decide to leave them, make sure you give them 30 days notice. They won't deactivate your account for 30 days - I ended up paying for two services at once.

I had AT and T now cingular and hate them. Have had them 3 years now and have had nothing but problems from there customer service people. It takes up to 5 calls or more to get issues solved. Sometimes months. I can't wait till my contrat ends!!!!!!!!

I haven't had any probs with cingular so far. I have only had them for a year, but I never look at my bill, I just pay it lol

If there were a significant difference between my monthly bills, I would take notice, but its always been within $5 each month.. heck for all I know they are charging me $5 a month for toilet paper LOL
