Do you wrap stuff from Santa??

How do you do it? Do you wrap stuff from Santa? Do you just put it together and set it under the tree? Do you put name tags? bows?

Just curious. My oldest is 9 and we have never wrapped stuff from Santa. Most of the time it is put together, but one Christmas we didn't do that. I think he was 2. We were putting a hot wheels track together and he just couldn't wait.
Now we have three kids, who are 7 and 5. We will be putting together a kitchen for our little girl and our son is getting a bike. That is together, and hidden at pawpaw's house. LOL Our oldest is getting a keyboard and guitar. Loves to make music.

well, anyway, I am getting off topic, so..............

    HOW do you do it/?

My kids are 17 and 10 and everything is wrapped with bows or ribbons and put under the tree. Even though they are older I still write from Santa on the gift tags. All the presents that I give them are marked from Santa. My parents sent me a check to buy stuff for them since it's easier for them that way. Those will be marked from Grandmother and Grandpa.

I always wrap them in a different wrapping paper than the gifts I give her.

unless it's really huge then I just throw a bow on it and hide it somewhere.

This year since she's older (7) i'm going to have a friend wrap the gifts from santa. She KNOWS my crappy wrapping technique by now LOL

Anything from Santa was always left under the tree unwrapped. Because my kids are/were different sexes and there was a 6 year age difference I never put tags on their Santa gifts.

I wrap everything and just put it under the tree. On all presents I put from Mom, Dad & Santa. LOL Thats only because Santa needs some help from time to time. hehe

My boys ages are 7, 5 and 1. From the time they were a year old me and my husband decided to pass on a tradition from my side of the family and one from his. My mom and step dad used to put one present on the foot of our bed christmas morning, from santa. That I will never forget. I still can't wait till christmas morning to see the look on my boys face when they wake up and see the present. The tradition from my husbands side is they didn't have much money as kids, so there mom would have them to put there shoes under the tree. When they awoke the next morning santa would have them filled with fruits and candy. My kids are so excited to see there shoe full of candies. They may be simple and sound silly to some but I wouldn't trade these memories for anything as neither would my husband. I pray my boys continue to pass them on. So enjoy the memories cause our kids grow up so fast. God Bless! Merry Christmas!

We normally leave Santa's gift unwrapped under the tree.. its normally only 1 thing (normally something big).. and the rest are wrapped from us...

Re: Do you wrap stuff from Santa??

I wrapped everything, but didn't put names on them. I would use like red bows for oldest ds and blue bows for the younger one. It always drove oldest ds crazy trying to figure out how I always knew. I just told him this year, he's 24.

I still don't put names on Christmas gifts 'cause it makes it harder for them to sneek a peak when they don't know which ones are theirs.

Here we use Santa printed paper for Santa gifts the rest are assorted papers.
Then I have to hide the rest of the roll!
