I only use Shout. I have alsways found it to work better than the other pre treaters out there. Also keep 20 Mule Borax on hand.

i only use TIDE with Bleach, WD40, Spot shot Carpet Cleaner, and peroxide to take out all of my stains.
also added : blue dawn for grease stains, talcom powder for grease on silk, and antibacterial soap for mild stains.
i use shampoo for my delicates.
dh was amazed that the melted chapstick came out of the dryer dried clothes that we thought were ruined!!
There's nuthing u cant froogle or snope!

A new product made by Shout is Shout Color Catcher. You can actually throw colors and whites together and throw in one or two of these sheets. They look like dryer sheets but thicker and man do they work! They soak up the color dyes in your washer. Here at home I don't make a practice of throwing colors in w/the whites, but for my Grandma . . . who doesn't have enuf to make a color load and a white load, I will throw her stuff together and throw in one of the Color Catchers. This is an awesome product. Even T could use it. lol

I use Shout. And I always put a scoop of oxi-clean in my whites...after the washing machine fills I shut it off and let the clothes soaks for a little while before I let the load go through the cycle.
