I just ordered a George Forman grill --do you like yours?
I ordered the small one (I'm the only meat eater) for us. I wanted it for my DH and his endless cheese sandwiches, and a way to make some quick meals w/out heating up the house.
Do you like yours? Any good recipe sites for it? Does it come with some recipes?

I love mine. I am always cooking on it. You can cook a boneless chicken breast in like 6 minutes, a hamburger in 4. And all the fat drips out instead of your food sitting in it.

I also love mine. My DH loves steak and this is a very fast way to cook his dinner before he leaves for work. He works early some days and DD and I eat later.

I love mine! Its so quick to cook things on there. Only thing I wish is it came apart for easier cleaning, but as long as you clean it while its still warm its not all that bad.

I do like mine but there are a few drawbacks....you HAVE to clean it while it is still hot or else the food particles will stick to it and then it will take an act of God to get it off....you can't immerse it in water and it doesn't come apart...some of the food you cook becomes very dry so make sure you use a sauce with the food..but aside from that it cooks really fast and it is super fast to clean up when it is still warm

I love mine too. You do have to clean it while its still warm so that everything comes off a little easier though.
Some of the things I make is..
Chicken breasts (or cut into strips) soaked in Zesty Italian Salad Dressing and then fried on the grill
Steaks soaked in the Zesty Italian Dresing is also good
Steak and/or pork chops saoked in Dales or Moores seasoning and then fried on the grill
Hamburgers are good on the grill becuase it drains alot of the grease off of them

I use mine to cook bacon....no burns from hot bacon grease!

Prop up the ends of it & you can do eggs on it
I've also done toasted cheese on mine.
And, if you buy frozen hash browns, put them on there (thawed)
I've made my "cinnamon grilled peaches" on it before too.

I do love mine... but remember, teflon kills birds, so don't use it unless the bird is on the other end of the house!

I never thought about making eggs on it! Hmm I'll have to give that a try. I did get a cookbook with mine but I never even looked at it to see what kind of recipes it had. lol
Will you share your cinnamon grilled peaches recipe with me? I LOVE peaches. lol

Justme23--
I'm a nut about the bird when I am cooking. I have the oven fan on and windows open...and the door. My DH, however, thinks I am insane.
Thanks for all the opinions. I can't wait to try it!
