    Cinnamon Grilled peaches
Glaze-equal parts butter, brown sugar & Grand Marnier, & 1 pinch salt. Simmer the glaze on stove top.

Cut peach into half, de seed it. Cut each half in half again.

Skewer 1 peach quarter with cinnamon stick, add a mint leaf, add another peach quarter. Use a skewer if needed to ease cinnamon stick on.

Put on grill (outside grill, or george foreman). Put peaches on grill & baste with glaze.
Cook about 4-6 min per side. Turn when they begin to get brown. MAy baste again.

Another idea, skewer the peaches with vanilla beans instead of mint leaves for another flavor.

<note> I didn't put the lid down on the george to make this, I kept the lid up!

    Grilled to perfection peaches
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Mix 1/4 C balsalmic vinaigrette dressing & 2 TB honey in small bowl. Add 4 halved & pitted fresh ripe peaches; toss to coat.

Remove peaches from dressing reserving dressing. Grill peaches 6-8 minutes or until softened, turning occasionally & brushing with reserved dressing. Place 2 peach halves on each of 4 dessert plates.

Top each serving with 2 TB thawed coolwhip, & a mint leaf if desired.

We love our George Foreman grill, actually we have 3..lol The Jumbo, medium and the small one, If I don't feel like cleaning it while its warm, I put WET paper towels between it and when I go to clean it, everything just slides off, also we just bought some "chicken fajita's (sp?)" at Costco and they are soooo good on the George...
Why not learn to enjoy the little things - there are so many of them.

They had the medium and jumbo ones on sale at Target last time we were there! I had a tiny one but upped to the medium and we payed less than 20 bucks for it!

Just used ours for pork chops for lunch! Use almost evryday. Just about any type meat works great. You also can use different seasonings while the meats cooking which helps with keeping food moist. Takes a lot less time, effort & energy compared to the regular oven!

The only thing I have problems with is keeping up with the little tray that grease drains into & it's something u dont want to forget!! LOL

    Hope u enjoy yours, OP!
