Just seeing if your Ok...... Just heard of the tornados, that they destroyed one town so far and part of another town
We have had a couple here that are building up and might be heading this way

IOWA TORNADOS
Tornados ripped through northwestern Iowa Friday night. It started in the town of Rolfe, nearly four hours northeast of Omaha. A hugh tornado hit the town, then cut an eight mile path to Bradgate, Iowa. 75 percent of the town of Bradgate is now gone, and 80 to 90 percent of the homes are damaged. About 124 people live in Bradgate. The sheriff says people are hurt, but it's mostly cuts, bruises, and broken bones. At least four power lines are down and there are reports of fires. Right now no one is being allowed into the area while police do a house-to-house search looking for anyone who might be trapped or hurt.

Hey we are ok here, but a nearby town (Palo) was hit pretty bad. The pictures look devastating. There were several touchdowns nearby, but thankfully there haven't been any injuries and deaths reported so far. What a night! Hope everyone else is ok.

briansgirl, Glad to hear that it missed you. I think Bradgate got it the worse. I know Norfolk NE was under warning earlier tonight with 2 possible funnels and it was moving east.
This is when I start missing Ca., I would rather deal with earthquakes over tornados any day

My husband is up in Iowa for work and he called me yesterday afternoon to tell me about them. He's in Cedar Rapids right now, but said they just had the bad rain and all that good stuff. It had me scared to death, because a few nights before, I dreamt he was up there and there was a natural disaster and he ended up dying. It was such a realistic dream and usually when I have those, they come true. So I told him he BETTER call me once it passed over.

I'm in SE Iowa and luckily we were missed, but suppose to be hit tonight and tomorrow. Two of the local channels were straight weather from about 2:00 till after 10 last night. Palo is where my family is from and the news coverage was devastating.

More tornados on the way! We just had one touch down here, 15 miles south of Lincoln and its heading to Iowa.
More bad storms are on their way

OMG!! Just saw on NBC late news about Linn County, Iowa 
It show massive destruction Reminded me of Michigan. Sure hope and pray that everyone out in that area stay safe.

I am in cedar falls, iowa and it was scary here friday, Then last night we went to a wedding in Marshalltown and he spent two hours in the hall because 20mins west and south there where 2 tornados, not fun at all but we are okay here thanks for caring
