Oh PUHLEASE!! I just got a letter from the lawyer I tried to hire to sue the tattoo parlor where my arm got broken; he decided not to even file the case because "the frivolity of many current lawsuits has caused legitimate claims like yours to be unwinnable in court" and yet this woman gets tons of publicity because she saw a t!t? And will probably win at least a portion because of the notariety of the case? (stomps off shaking my head)
How do you tell a man is well-hung? You can barely slip your finger between his neck & the noose.

stupidity clogging up the courts again & wasting taxpayers time and money. This 'case' she sais she has isnt worth the courts time, they should have some sort of new law, that they can pre read cases at the courthouse and throw out the 'stupid' ones. Better yet, have a voting commity of common everyday people and let them decide which of these cases go to court or not, ive seen some pretty lame ones on the Court TV shows lately too.

Boy I hope a new mommy doesn't ever breast feed her baby around her. But She would probably sue the mommy too. And there is always some stupid lawyer that will take the case! Hopefully the judge will fine her and her lawyer, for having a frivolous lawsuit.

It's not the law suit it's the fact that she has taken a stand that says that she is not willing to accept this sort of thing on television. By starting a law suit, she is telling those corporate exe's at CBS and all other television stations that they need to raise their standards.
We are going through a cycle as Americans. We are becoming less tollerant of liberal behavior and want to see it stopped. The best way to protest is to start a law suit. People pay attention when they know it is going to cost them money to get out of a situation.
I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.

I realize part of the outfit was supposed to come off, but apparenty the bra part was supposed to stay intact. It had to have been fixed to come off too, my cheap ones that have been washed to death you still can't pull apart like that. I think it happened exactly as planned and when there was that big backlash about it, then it became a wardrobe malfunction. JMO
