Do you know the sender? When in doubt delete. If it's important they can always resend.

I meant to say that the first one is a known virus.... It started spreading today....

    Name: W32/Mydoom@MM
    Risk Assessment
    - Home Users: High-Outbreak
    - Corporate Users: High-Outbreak
    Date Discovered: 1/26/2004
    Date Added: 1/26/2004
    Origin: Unknown
    Length: 22,528 bytes
    Type: Virus
    SubType: E-mail
    DAT Required: 4319

Any emails you get, from either system admins, or saying that YOUR email bounced (and you didn't send an email) is a spoofed email, with a virus (in this case the attachement is the virus (approximately 22.5K in size).

Go to McAfee.com and dload their latest update.

If you haven't opened them, then you SHOULD be okay.... But I would run a system scan to be sure....

    I posted a thread here:

    http://www.bigbigforums.com/showthre...hreadid=373917

I noticed this virus around 5:00 PM.... and the news is just starting to report it....

I always delete if I don't know who it's from or a strange e-mail or ISP. I don't even open attachments except from my sister. Too many bad bugs out there. Going to check the latest virus now. Thanks "Tech".

My sister changed her email addy and didn't tell me, so when I got an email from her new address that was unknown to me, I deleted it. I NEVER open anything that I don't know the sender.
