    Summer Sausage.........

What the heck do you do with it? My grandma gave me 2 big summer sausages and I really have no idea what to do with them. How do you fix it? Can you use it in recipes? Help please.....

Can anybody recommend ways to cook it or something?

    TIA

i give them away... we hate it

my neighbor puts it on crackers with assorted cheeses
Every day I live I am more convinced that the waste of life lies in the love we have not given, the powers we have not used, the selfish prudence that will risk nothing and which, shirking pain, misses happiness as well.

NEVER I REPEAT NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TRY TO COOK SUMMER SAUSAUGE - IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE COOKED, slice it up and serve it as snacks with cheese and crackers, here in WI where most of the summer sausauge is made a cheese and sausauge tray with crackers is a staple at any party, oh and if its any brand other than Johnsonville its really not fit to eat anyway
