Can someone please do me a favor?
I need to print the Patient Education Brochure from this site:

I can't open the file because of ther server security on my work computer. Can someone please copy and paste it here so I can print it? You can edit it right away after I print it if you would like.
I can't print it from home because I can't get my printer to install right so I have to do it from here.
Anyone???Some mornings it's not worth the effort of chewing through the restraints.
