What would be a really awesome vitiman for a 12 year old???

I got to get my friends kid some (known him since a baby), he don't eat right at all. ( I have a horrible feeling that he might get sick if I don't get him some help) I bought him some chewable kiddie kind, but he seems too old for that, plus he needs more supplements than that. He has a horrible diet, she won't force him to eat right, and he runs things with her only eating junk food, but he WILL actually take the vitamins I buy him, so I wanna get him some really wonderful ones. Any suggestions?

how abot the vita ball ones thoes are good for the older kids or they have gummy bears out also that are vitamens

The best vitamins are "FLINTSTONES" even for adults......lol

I would suggest going to the local pharmacy (even a wal-mart pharmacy) and asking the pharmacist. You can explain what type of situation the boy is in and he/she will be able to pin-point the exact type of vitamins he'll need!!

If he can swallow pills, get the S.S.S. vitamins. They make a ligiud of this but it really tastes horrible. These are the ones me and the kids take.
